We provide Quikbooks bookkeeping services throughout the year. We provide services as frequently as once a week or once a year depending on your needs. Typically clients prefer the monthly schedule.
We will work with you to examine your needs and provide you with a customized service plan that works best for your company.
Routine Bookkeeping
• Recording and categorizing all transactions
• Reconciling the transactions to the bank and credit card statements
• Tying A/R, A/P and or loans
• Sending financial reports to the owner via email
• Bill pay (optional add- on)
• Payroll (optional add-on)
for all routine bookkeeping we will agree on a fixed monthly price based on the volume and complexity of our business.
QuickBooks Clean-up / catch-up
If your business is months or years behind on your bookkeeping, or if you simply need things cleaned up, you've come to the right place. Let us get you compliant for taxes and/or bank demands.
We are able to reduce cost with our
PDF reader, we are able to take old bank statements and convert them to excel, and import them to your QuickBooks therefore eliminating the manual entry aspect of adding transactions.
For all clean-up and catch-up work, we charge a fixed rate based on the complexity and volume of the work.
